Аннотация

В статье предпринятая попытка на примере горных территорий Дагестана и Алтая определить методологические подходы и алгоритмы исследования современных этносоциальных процессов, сопутствующих монетизации ландшафтно-рекреационного и этно-экономического потенциала в историческом контексте. Актуальность данной проблемы обусловлена необходимостью оптимизации социальных технологий обеспечения безопасности в трансграничных районах юга России – национальной, экологической, продовольственной, апробированных российским государством. В статье акцентируется внимание на «рациональной составляющей» реализуемой в течение XX – начале XXI столетия государственной политики на Кавказе и Саяно-Алтае. Авторами проведены территориальные исследования нескольких таксонов, в границах которых наиболее отчетливо прослеживается взаимодействие и взаимообусловленность демографических, социально-экономических и этнокультурных процессов, изучение проблемы в комплексе (история, этнография, география, экономика) обусловлено самой природой горных местностей с их известными природно-климатическими, хозяйственно-культурными, социально-структурными, демографическими спецификами регионального, субрегионального, межэтнического и этнического уровней. Результаты изучения проблемы на примере Кавказа и Саяно-Алтая имеют перспективу формирования базы для научного прогнозирования основных трендов изменения этно-социальной обстановки.
