Abstract

In modern conditions study of the relationship of political formations of the Eastern Transcaucasia with the royal administration becomes important not only for understanding the historical past of the Nakh-Daghestani peoples from Russia, but also to find ways to establish good neighborly relations with a view to ensuring peace and security in the re-gion. This guided the authors, referring to a specific period of domestic historicized Rhee through a new perspective of research better understand objectively happened centuries ago. Citing the new historical data for the first time in the scientific revolution, the authors discuss the Fund No 236 "Zakatala caste landed Commission" State Historical Archive of Georgia - as a source on the history of relations Jaro-Belokan communities and the Russian Empire in the first half of the XIX century. The study of available documents Fund "Zakatala caste landed Commission" will highlight the wide range of issues related to the Caucasus the vector-set foreign policy of the Russian Empire in the first half of the XIX century.
